Refund Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy. 

Just send us an email info@siennaandriver.com and include your order number and we will guide you in your return.

Please note, once the 14th day period passes returns will no longer be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return label. The customer is responsible for paying the return fee.

 

To quality for a return. 

Items must be in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged.

If any of the return items show signs of wear – they won’t be accepted.

 

NON Returnable Items:

Earrings - are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons.

Personalized Items – for obvious reasons, the company can no longer resell them.

Clearance items – since they are no longer being held in the inventory.

 

Exchange 

Our exchange policy is - 14 days exchange upon receipt. Just send us an email with your order number and we will help you with an exchange. 

Items that qualify for an exchange are to be in a resealable condition, unworn and undamaged and in its original packaging. 

Please note - Earrings do not quality for an exchange due to hygiene reasons. 

Clearance/ Sale items are not qualified for an exchange.

 

 

Faulty/Damaged goods

Every single one of our products goes through a thorough check process before they are sent out to make sure you get the best quality items.

If for any reason your item has become damaged during the transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and let us know of the issue.

Note, pictures of the damaged items will be required before we can start the refund/exchange process.

If it has been 48 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as "misuse by the buyer".

 

Email Responses

Please give our team at least 24 hours to respond to you via email.

If for any reason we have not gotten back to you after 24 hours we will extend your return by a day.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive your items you will be notified immediately. Please give our team 24 hours to get to the product in order and inspect its condition. We will notify immediately once your return has been approved, and the refund will be issued immediately.

Please allow at least 10 -12 business days for the refund to appear in your bank/credit card. 

If you have not received a refund after 15th business day, please contact us at info@siennaandriver.com so we can investigate further.

 

Undelivered Orders

If you are not home, or if the courier had a hard time finding a safe place to leave your parcel, or if you have not paid the customs tax (international customers only) - the parcel will be returned to us and we will issue a full refund.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you still want the items, create a new order.
